Our Process

custom glass railing

Every project is worked on by Craig throughout the entire process from start to finish.

To begin we measure the space ourselves to ensure the glass you receive for all of our systems will be the perfect fit/layout and discuss with you (the client) various hardware options we use to secure the glass during installation to ensure that your dream shower, railing or other custom glass product becomes a reality.

Once details on the initial concept has been completed, we will send a concept drawing of the product to you for confirmation and once we get your “A-Okay” we’ll place our order and your glass will be on its way!

Common questions we ask the majority of the time, while on site, when planning your custom glass.

Having the following small details already decided when we arrive helps to speed up our measuring and drawing processes:

What profile (round or square) and finish hardware would you like?

What height and width would you approximately like your glass panels or mirrors to be?

Are there any extra accessories that you’d like to have fixed to your glass panels (robe hooks, towel bars, toilet paper holders, shelves, etc)?

Do you want a door for your shower or gate for your railing?

Is there any specific finish of glass you would like (starphyre, frosted, etc)?

Do you want a rain guard applied to the glass at the plant to minimize cleaning?

Are there any fixtures that may be in our way when installing your shower?
